These terms apply to orders placed on https://www.huepar.com.au for delivery within Australia and select international regions.
Shipping Regions
HUEPAR ships to:
- Australia: All states and territories, including major cities and remote areas.
- International: New Zealand. Contact HUEPAR Support for other destinations.
Note: Orders are shipped to the country where the order is placed (e.g., orders on huepar.com.au are delivered to Australian addresses unless otherwise specified). Cross-country shipping is not supported unless pre-approved by HUEPAR Support.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination, product availability, and shipping method. Estimated times are shown at checkout on https://www.huepar.com.au. For orders with multiple products, the delivery time is based on the product with the longest processing and shipping time.

Recommendation: To receive products faster, place separate orders for items with different availability.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping: Available on orders of AUD $129 or more for deliveries within Australia (excluding remote areas) and New Zealand. International orders to other regions may incur shipping fees, displayed at checkout.

- Australia (Major Cities): AUD $8–$15 (based on weight)
- Australia (Regional/Remote): AUD $15–$30
- New Zealand: AUD $20–$40
- Express Shipping Fees: Additional AUD $10–$50, depending on destination and weight, displayed at checkout.
- Remote Area Surcharge: Additional AUD $10–$20 for remote Australian areas (e.g., Outback, islands) or international remote regions, shown at checkout.
Note: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method, and will be clearly displayed on the address-filling page at checkout.
Shipping Options

Customs and Taxes

Shipping Notices
- Address Accuracy: Ensure your name, address, and contact details are correct at checkout to avoid delays or delivery failures. Contact HUEPAR Support immediately if you need to correct an address before shipment.
- Address Changes Post-Shipment: HUEPAR cannot guarantee address updates after an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for any risks or costs associated with post-shipment address changes.

Delivery Restrictions: HUEPAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Restricted access locations (e.g., schools, gated communities).
- Force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, government actions, transportation disruptions).
- Aviation security restrictions (e.g., limits on batteries, fragile items).
- Customs delays or confiscations due to regulatory violations.
- Battery Restrictions: Due to air transport regulations, orders are limited to two batteries per shipment.
Order and Logistics Tracking
- Notification: After your order ships, you’ll receive an email or SMS (if opted-in) with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your package.

Inspection and Signing
HUEPAR products are valuable. Upon delivery:
- Inspect the package for damage or tampering before signing.
- If the package is damaged, do not sign or open it; contact HUEPAR Support immediately.
- After signing (by you or someone on your behalf), the package is considered accepted.
- Recommendation: Record an unboxing video and verify items against the packing list. Report missing or damaged items to HUEPAR Support within 24 hours for prompt resolution.
