HUEPAR Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to orders placed on https://www.huepar.com.au. For any questions, contact HUEPAR Support at support@huepar.com.

General Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item must not be a non-returnable item (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact HUEPAR Support at support@huepar.com.au within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions for returning the package.
  3. Return the item within 7 calendar days of receiving return approval.
  4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • HUEPAR Responsibility: HUEPAR covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Note: We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or model):

  1. Request a return for the original item as outlined above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item on https://www.huepar.com.au.
  3. This ensures the fastest way to receive your preferred item.

Note: Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.

Replacements for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a replacement within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Replacements

  • The item does not match the original description in significant respects or suffers from a manufacturing defect.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
  • The item must include all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.

Non-Eligible for Replacements

Replacements will not be provided if:

  • The request is made more than 15 calendar days after receiving the item.
  • The item is damaged due to unauthorized use, modification, exposure to moisture, foreign bodies (e.g., water, oil, sand), or improper installation/operation.
  • Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
  • Damage is caused by external factors (e.g., fire, floods, lightning).
  • The item is returned more than 7 calendar days after replacement approval.
  • No proof of damage during transit (issued by the carrier) is provided.
  • The item is found to have no defects after HUEPAR testing.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact HUEPAR Support at support@huepar.com.au within 15 calendar days of receiving the item.
  2. If approved, HUEPAR will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Return the item within 7 calendar days of approval.
  4. HUEPAR will ship a replacement once the original item is received and verified.

Replacement Shipping Costs

HUEPAR covers both return and replacement shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Inspection Upon Delivery

  • Inspect your order upon receipt for damage, defects, or incorrect items.
  • If the package is damaged, do not sign for or open it; contact HUEPAR Support immediately.
  • For defective or incorrect items, report the issue to support@huepar.com within 24 hours of receipt, ideally with photos or an unboxing video.
  • Signing for the delivery indicates acceptance of the package and its contents.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility

  • Standard Returns: Eligible within 14 calendar days of receipt for unused items in original condition and packaging.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Eligible within 14 calendar days of receipt for items with manufacturing defects or discrepancies.

Non-Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The request is made more than 14 calendar days after receipt.
  • The item is not in new or like-new condition (e.g., has cracks, dents, or scratches).
  • Original accessories, attachments, or packaging are missing.
  • Proof of purchase is missing or suspected to be forged/tampered with.
  • Damage is due to unauthorized use, modification, or external factors (e.g., fire, floods).
  • The item is not returned within 7 calendar days of refund approval.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request to support@huepar.com within 14 calendar days.
  2. HUEPAR will review your request within 2 business days. Processing may take longer during holidays or peak periods.
  3. If approved, return the item using the provided shipping label.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after receiving and verifying the returned item, depending on your bank or card issuer.
